Gifts will ONLY be awarded once the patient’s treatment cycle has finalised and has been paid in full.
ONE SINGLE gift shall be awarded to each patient you have referred, and therefore it will only be valid for their first treatment cycle.
All gifts received through this program shall be considered capital gains by recipients for the purpose of Personal Income Tax Law (IRPF) in Spain. All gifts must be declared as part of your personal income when you file your annual tax return for Spain.
Refund treatment programs (guaranteed results), as well as personalised assisted reproduction projects (Complex Case Unit and Advanced Maternal Age Unit patients), do not quality for patient discounts, however the individual who referred them to Ginemed will receive the discount.
In the event that the patient has access to another discount/deal, the discounts cannot be combined and the patient must decide which discount she wishes to receive.
Gifts will be received in the form of a discount applied directly to gamete storage fees or toward the next treatment cycle.
